3. All payments are due upon receipt. If payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased.
4. Products are entitled to be returned are refunded based on complaint.
5. An item maybe cancelled up until payment has been processes. Once payment is processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.
